RWB Roofing & Construction (“we,” “our,” “us”) may offer seasonal promotions, discounts, and referral rewards (“Offers” or “Programs”). By participating in any Offer or Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Seasonal & Special Offers
Eligibility
- Offers are valid for residential property owners within our service area.
- Unless otherwise stated, Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or financing programs.
- Offers are not valid on prior purchases or previously signed contracts.
Offer Period
- Each Offer is valid only during the stated promotional period.
- Expired Offers will not be honored.
Redemption
- To redeem, customers must mention the promotion at the time of estimate or contract signing.
- Only one Offer may be applied per project unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Offers may exclude certain services (e.g., small repairs, emergency services, or insurance claim work).
- Minimum project amounts may apply; thresholds will be disclosed with each promotion.
- Offers have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Modifications
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or end any Offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes regarding promotions will be resolved at the sole discretion of RWB Roofing & Construction.
2. Referral Program
Eligibility
- Open to all past and current RWB Roofing & Construction customers.
- Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted or worked with us.
Reward Amount
- The referrer will receive a $50–$100 gift card for each qualified referral, depending on the size of the project.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
Qualified Referral
- A referral is considered “qualified” once the referred customer signs a contract for a roof replacement or other qualifying project.
Reward Distribution
- Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of project signing by the referred customer.
- Rewards will be delivered electronically or by mail.
Unlimited Referrals
- Customers may earn multiple rewards; each reward is tied to a separate new customer referral.
Non-Transferable
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash value, transferred, or combined with other promotions.
Right to Modify
RWB Roofing & Construction reserves the right to change, suspend, or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.
